As a member of the Training Department, the Training Specialist has responsibility to provide recommendations to promote the continuous improvement of our company. The Training Specialist will ensure our customers delight by monitoring activities of the cleaners and by communicating all needs or issues on a daily basis to their Area Manager Basic job essentials include, but are not limited to the following, and remain subject to change at any time: Drive to different locations in assigned area providing training and coaching to employees. Work hours are typically Monday - Friday from 7:00PM - 10:00PM each day. Perform follow up training as assigned by your Area Manager. Evaluate work performance of employees and provide Area Manager with findings. Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring and inspecting the quality of work provided by our cleaners. Promote a safe work environment, proactively deterring work place accidents, and educating employees how to prevent hazardous conditions or activities. Work and drive safe. Wear Pro Clean smock, including name tag and maintain an image of professionalism at all times.

Qualifikationen:

| As part of the Pro Clean team, the qualified Cleaner Training Specialist: - Reads and writes English and Spanish.
- Reports to work on time.
- Must have dependable transportation.
- Have and maintain a good driving record.
- Works in a safe manner at all times.
- Contacts Area Manager anytime you have an idea that will improve your work or remove a hassle or frustration from your work.
Promotes a safe work environment, proactively deterring work place accidents, and educating employees how to prevent hazardous conditions or activities. Attention to detail is imperative and you are required to maintain the highest standards of work quality.
